redeemed cards game froze can't find packs to claim help?

I redeemed some codes game froze now I cant open my packs and nothing in inbox. Do I write a lovely letter to gamefreak for compensation or is there something im missing?

  you got the cards just filter for the expansion you opened and see if you have cards that you did not have before
