Can he get banned for this

I swear he was energy hacking in my ranked game, his user is Cuaehtemoc, he uses a charizard ex deck and useing 1 out of 2 energy needed he attacked same for useing 3 out of 5 energy needed, thi brought my rank down and i spent 30 minutes looking for cards he may have played to allow this but there was nothing. if theres no way to ban him is there a way i can avoid him as an opponent?

Are you absolutely sure that he wasn't using Burn Brightly Charizard from Pokemon Go? It doubles the amount of fire energy on your pokemon.

100% what @OlderAngel11 just said, unfortunately, although Charizard decks are trash, they grant the user so many benefits, from energy cost reductions to damage scaling.

Sorry you lost to this deck, but he wasn't cheating in this case, I'd imagine

Imagine a world where people posted logs and read their opponent's cards.

I think the team is on top of this game. Can't get away with that stuff for long.

There nothing to get away with. There's no bug or hack. OP is just lazy about reading and wants to believe that a loss shouldn't count.

As soon as you see he's your opponent concede.
