How should the pokemon company keep the games healthy?

@MajorBrendan I think it is important to remember that the graphical issues are simply the most visible symptom of Pokémon's current issues most easily communicated with a screenshot or video clip.
Even if SV had launched with highly detailed environments and smooth, glitchless animations running at 60+ fps there would still be issues. And I am not saying that because I just like complaining, am "entitled" or hate Pokémon.
The lack of voice acting. The lack of full dex. The empty world. The level scaling problem. Cut features from games past. Forced exp. share and lack of shift battle style.
I don't think you were making that argument or ignoring other issues, but let's not focus too much on that aspect and conclude that if the next game is pretty all the problems are solved.
Though that would be great to see and I would give all due credit for addressing the problem.

@TheJeffers If I were to work for the Pokemon company, I plan to bring a larger amount in regional pokedex as well as expanding the moveset from 4 attacks to more along with No more forced exp sharing and have exp share as a key item along with major return of mega evolution and z-moves. Plus, I would say my proposed console might also greatly improve on the current pokemon graphics and gameplay issue in case switch 2 failed.

"Silence, worker! Get back in the Pokémon mines!"
Jokes aside, I doubt a single employee could make much of a difference. Or do you mean you would do this if you were in charge?
Because even then, it would be hard to justify bringing back these old features when the games break sales records following their removal.
I am sure as far as most higher ups are concerned, the series has never been healthier.

@TheJeffers never underestimate the power of a dreamer. I have plenty of features that the Pokemon company would consider. Expansion on the moveset from 4 to 8 or 10, new Mega evolutions and unique z-moves as we barely scratched the surface for both. Along with features from the 3ds we all wanted to revive badly. That's just the beginning.

@clasingla I don't like the chibi overworld style. I know for some people it's really appealing, but it just doesn't do it for me.
I hated Sword and Shield, but one thing I will say for it is that it had a very appealing character and visual design. The awful optimisation and textures (particularly in the wild area) aside, I think that was a good look for the series.
Even ignoring the graphical bugs and glitches, Scarlet and Violet looks ugly, from its characters to its world. The restricted trainer customisation didn't help.

TheJeffers I agree with you about scarlet and violet not looking the best and for me I also like sword and shields design but I feel like their should be a good balance and I think the balance would be somewhere in between x and y style and sword and shield style I feel like bdsp took chibi style to far and scarlet and violet were too realistic so I think a good in between option would be good

I think that movesets that huge would be confusing to look at and decide on. I like the four moveset. That's certainly not high up on the list of things I'd change.

@OlderAngel11 the reason why the expanded moveset is because I'm also thinking of making Pokémon battles more action based with voice commands like in the anime. New mega ebosand New unique z-moves are needed.

@MajorBrendan I think people should always pursue their dreams. If working on Pokémon is legitimately an aspiration for you, I sincerely wish you the best of luck and hope you can achieve everything you need to accomplish that goal.
That said, I think you might need to temper your expectations a little. Because if you genuinely think you are going to be able to walk into the Imperial Pokétorium, slap John Gamefreak in the face and tell him to fix his games, I fear you will be severely disappointed.
