Rapid Strike Energy vs. Luminous Energy

So, Rapid Strike Energy says that, "if this card is attached to a rapid strike pokemon, it provides two in any combination of water and fighting energy." So if luminous energy says "If this card is attached to a pokemon with a special energy attached, this card provides colorless," then does it only provide one colorless when it's attached to a pokemon alongside a rapid strike energy. Or does it still provide any energy because rapid strike energy provides two in any combination of fighting and water?

Rapid strike is special energy even though it would count as fighting and water, thus luminous energy will only provide 1 colorless energy

    That's what I thought but I wasn't sure.
