Bug after redeeming codes (personal case)
After I redeemed 5 codes online, I went to the app to open my booster packs, and, while everything was as usual at the start, I must’ve clicked right above the PLAY button, because suddenly I was starting a battle. I threw the game, but when I came back to the main page, my packs were gone. I checked and I didn’t get any new cards either. What do I do? Is there a way for me to get my packs/codes back?
(if there is need for proof, after this happened I took a photo of the online redeeming page which was acknowledging my 5 codes had been redeemed)
