There are a few classic mistakes with this deck.
number one: I saw zero cards like Professor's research in this deck. There was only one Iono. You should cut several Jacq to play more cards like these. Drawing sevens and sixes at once cannot be rivaled in the Pokemon TCG, and you should dedicate a bit of your deck to having strong draw power. I understand that the Kirlias provide ample draw, but they are simply not enough on their own.
Number two: You should play more switching effects. Switching your Gholdengos around to get the maximum effect out of their abilities is crucial.
Number three: You should max out the superior energy retrievals. Don't be scared to drop the two lady so that you can accommodate more of these. The raw power of these cards in the deck cannot be understated. You should maybe include some Earthen Vessels as well, possibly cutting the Basculegion lines for them.
Number four: Use better pokemon search cards. You're only playing two ultra ball and are playing two capturing aroma. Capturing aroma does not work well enough. REPLACE IT WITH ULTRA BALL. Also, maybe play a couple of nest balls. That's the last of my advice for you. Hope this helps!

@Bjokemon Oops! My bad! I missed the four switches in your deck. Sorry. So then swap out two for two rope. A two-two split is often best. And if you want a single-prize attacker, use scizor instead of Basculegion. It works much better.
