How do I determine if a card's a misprint?

Long story short I was looking through my old cards and I found one with a light brownish part across the top border of the card. I was wondering if the ink on it was rubbed off or if it was being printed and ran out of ink at the end.

I did some more digging and found the exact same card in the exact same condition, here's the link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/175882600270?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=WQrXbhrZQuO&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Now I'm pretty sure the ink wasn't smudged off or sun faded like this seller said, but I'm still not sure whether to call it a misprint.
