request for information: credits/"dusting" value chart for excess cards

Is there some place where Pokemon TCG Live (or resources related to it, e.g. website, FAQ) tells you how much credits/"dust" you get from opening product that contains copies of cards that you already have a playset of? In particular, the credit rewards for "overflow" copies of Rainbow Rare and Secret Rare cards aren't easy to determine (and overflow credits are not a fixed percentage of crafting cost--they differ based on rarity--so we can't deduce the information this way). This would help with Online to Live migration planning and in general would just be good info to have, since players can technically already get this information, albeit only if they are lucky enough to have a playset of these very rare cards, and then open another copy.

Note: this is *not* the same as the cost of "crafting" a card. Those numbers are already easy to obtain.
