The "worst shiny" is an opinion. but "bad shinys" are often depicted with almost no color change, like garchomp or gengar, which leaves you thinking that a "good shiny" is one where the color changes drastically. But if this is up to MY opinion, I would say Roaring Moon, I just don't really like it.

I gotta say oinklogne or pichu. not only does pichu's color change by 0.0000000000000003 percent, it is barely visible. I bet I have missed several shiny pichu in pokemon violet. And oinklogne is just ugly.

Wait, I thought people loved Charizard’s shiny. In my opinion, it looks like the Ender Dragon with red under-wings.

Yes. Garchomp's green shiny. A very real one. That exists. And Charizard's shiny is horrible, everyone hates it, it's not seen as cool by anyone at all.
(Honestly I would've preferred a Green Shiny Garchomp over the one we actually have, at least you could see it better)
