Balancing sucks in this game

Just constantly cutting off the top of most popular pokemon.
Nerf them till they become obsolete like scizor than buff them again?
How about proper balance. What pokemon counter this pokemon? Is this Pokemon doing it's role properly? How difficult is this Pokemon to use and is rewarded for skilled players?
Also let's be fair now, defenders and supports like clefable are overpowered. 100k damage on clefable and 200k healing. Defenders do as much damage as all rounders now and it shows with them above most all rounders
Stop nerfing all rounders to Oblivion because people pick 3 - 5 attackers in a group. People should be punished for their poor choices
