Buff Glaceon Icy Wind

Glaceon ice shard/ icicle spear moveset is fine and doesn't need to be touched but icy wind/freeze dry is so underwhelming. Icy wind does no damage even with full stacked shards. It's already so difficult to hold full stacks with the cd nerf at least give her some damage to compensate. I like the pokemon design but only one moveset is viable and while the other one is complete garbage in every situation because the damage difference is so large.
