Gold Coins in PTCGL, does anyone use them?

What are gold coins used for in the game? I never use them.

    Just customizable stuff as far as I can tell. You can change your outfit, card sleeves, deck box, and coin with them.

    I don’t, don’t really care for customization of my avatar or cards/coins. I wish you could exchange coins for packs or literally anything else

    yeah same thing. in ptcgo we had the option to spend our coin in purchasing ticket and with that booster packs

    Gold coins are worthless. You only use them to change the appearance of your avatar. Vain.

    I actually do like the sleeves/coins/boxes, but you only ever need to unlock them once, and the same is true for avatar items, so there isn't really a sink for coins that makes them look very appealing like the crystals or credits.
