It's not fun to not play favorite pokemon
Have you looked at the win rates of mew and cramount? They aren't legendary but just as powerful
If you do this then what about the move sets with 48 percent win rates for legendary pokemon?
How about cc immunity some legendaries get but not others? How is this far for the average player?
