Forretress-ex Bug

I encountered a bug where using Forretress ex's (PAL 005/193) Guard Press attack caused my Pokemon's attacks to deal 30 less damage to the opponent's Active Pokemon. The same attack dealt 90 damage the next turn and when I switched in another Pokemon its' attacks also dealt 30 less damage.
