i have (finally) got to the battle but i dont know how to defeat him in battle

Near the waterfall in Obsidian Fields, there's an alpha Blissey.
You can level up (also using Legendaries with supereffective moves is good), and don't forget to use Type Matchups
Here are his Pokémon and their moves in case you need it
Spiritomb lv 68
Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Hypnosis, Extrasensory
Hisuian Arcanine lv 68
Raging Fury, Crunch, Rock Slide
Roserade lv 68
Petal Dance, Spikes, Poison Jab

Bullet Punch, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Crunch
Togekiss lv 68
Air Slash, Calm Mind, Moon Blast, Extrasensory (also apparently has effort level one in its stats)

Also in case the first sentence was a little confusing, normal Blissey give a ton of exp (they give the most exp of all Pokémon) and Alpha Blissey is a decent level. Plus, Alphas give exp candies or Mastery Seeds after being defeated (Blissey probably gives exp candies only).
So it's one of the best mons to use for leveling up and grinding. I haven't played the game in a while though so some of this information might be a little wrong (but I actually searched for what moves and mons Volo uses so I doubt that part's wrong).
