How fix error 10010

I have been a player for years, I migrated to pokemon live and until now I am unable to use the app in windows since error 10010 prevents me from doing so, and I know that the final version has already been released but they cannot or cannot solve this fatal wrong, WHEN? WHAT?

    @Viciousdarko, Change your windows user it works normally, on the internet there is a lot explaining how to change the computer user so that this is resolved.

    This is still a beta, not the final version.


    What county do you live in? Even though the beta is global, it's not available in Asia.

    @hoopao what do you mean by change users? as in switching off my admin user to another user on windows?
