Can somebody explain the leaderboard?

Ranked mode has been confusing me lately. Used to be pretty consistent. You win, you move up 20 places. You lose, go down 10.

More recently though, the penalties for losing seem pretty random. Sometimes it's -20, sometimes it's -0, I think I've seen a -10? But I have not found any pattern here. So like, anybody know what the breakdown is?

It'll be -0 in Quick League or if you're at the bottom of a league.

It'll be -10 in Poké League with a score over 200 but no higher than 590.

In Great League or higher it's -20 if you're at least 20 points above the bottom.
