Why everybody hates helping?

I do not frequent this forum too often so I cannot speak to this one specifically, but generally I would guess the reason to be one of the following:

• People do not know the answer.
• The issue is known but cannot be solved by the community. (i.e. developers have to patch it.)
• It is a question that comes up multiple times or has been answered before. Try using search or Googling it.
• People think that the answer is an obvious one. They do not think it is worth their time answering, or suspect you might be trolling. Try Google.

On the whole I think most people try to be helpful when they can, though there are always jerks and trolls in every community.

Consider the above points and try rephrasing your questions so that people are more likely to respond, or see if you can find the solution by yourself.
