Can't Attack

I have a big issue. Imagine being able to win in 2 turn but you can't attack until you wait a turn. It has happen three time now. I have the energy necessary. My opponent has no effect, nor any card to stop an attack but I can't attack. It suck, and wasting one turn is so bad in a card game
