I definitely would stick with four ultra ball, most of the time I've got like, a Charizard ex and an ultra ball in my hand, so thanks to the ultra ball, I can search for Arceus VSTAR, Starbirth for Pidgeot ex and rare candy, use the rare candy to put the Pidgeot in play, then use quick search to find another rare candy so I can use that to evolve the Charizard you already have in hand. Finding the evolution pokemon on time is extremely important, so if I had to cut one card I would not choose an ultra ball.
