Why does Pokemon sleep barley actually track your sleep.

Why every time i use Pokemon sleep it skips like 6 Hours of it does anybody know why it does that?

    Maybe you move or snore a lot? It guesses your sleep stage based on movement and sound, after all.

    Remember it’s not ment to be just a sleep tracker, it’s also a game so it doesn't track your sleep the best. If you want an actual sleep tracker use an app ment for just that I also agree with @UnovanZorua
