New Player - Redeeming Codes

Hi folks,

I had some codes last week that seemed to redeem no problem but I purchased the Pokémon 151 ETB today and scanned the code contained inside and nothing seemed to happen, did I miss a step?

I was brought out of the game to reedem the code and then I tried opening it back up and nothing happened.

Any/All help appreciated

    In game, there's a Redeem tab in the Shop. Maybe typing out the code works instead of scanning it? If it doesn't maybe it gives you an error or some hint of what's going wrong.

    Same thing I brought 5 etbs 2 upc and the code cards say redeemed but nothing happens in the app! Only the individual packs work for me

    The code for the ETB only gives accessories, not packs.

    How do I redeem the redeem card’s any help will be appreciated
