Is the Inteleon theme deck banned?

Just bought it for the inteleon but I can’t use it at all .

    Its not banned but those cards aren't usable on standard and would need to be played on expanded. The current standard is E and beyond and you see many of those cards are marked D.

    I bought the Inteleon Vmax deck and I can't use it either. Mine says I don't own the cards despite just having bought them in the store. It appears in my collection like yours does. Does it say you don't own the cards, or just doesn't let you use them?

    The red symbol over the cards means that they are not playable in standard. As an earlier response said, these cards can still be played in Expanded.
