Pokemon Home App Storage Missing?

I recently got a new phone Samsung S23 Ultra and I'm still able to log into the Pokémon Home app but I cannot look at my storage. When I select the boxes section the display becomes unresponsive and can't do anything. Also on a very weird note if I open the app while connected to a Bluetooth device like my car or earbuds it registers the interaction as seemingly a phone call. Is anyone else experiencing this error because I could not find anyone posting this issue?
