New Player - Question About Code Card from Battle Deck
New player here, learning to play along with my 7yo. He got a 2 deck battle deck set for his birthday (Pokemon Go V Battle Deck Mewtwo/Melmetal). I thought if we scanned the code card into the game, he could practice using the 2 decks in games online. I scanned the card and it accepted it, and showed some cards that were I guess added to our inventory (sadly, I should have paused and looked at them but didn't). But when I go to decks, I don't see these two decks in there. And if I go to the "create a new deck" screen, I don't see the Melmetal V or Mewtwo V that came with the battle decks. Am I missing something? Was I just mistaken how it works? Any help for this novice is greatly appreciated.

Did you check the deck lists under Expanded? Several v battle decks have cards that have rotated out of standard and so they wouldn't show up there.

Oh, I assumed that was the case for the code cards we get in packs but thought the code card from the battle deck was specific to the battle deck. So even though it lists the name of the battle deck on the card, it just gets us 10 new random cards just like any other code?

I know some half-deck sets give coins instead...this might be one of them, because if it's the one I think you're referring to, it's two 30-card decks?
