Are the new Pokemon ex (lowercase) with abilities considered to have Rule Boxes (for the purposes of Path to the Peak)?

    Yes, Pokémon ex have rule boxes.

    Yes. Any Pokémon with a box that has "Rule" in the title has a rule box. The current list is:
