The flickering flames it spews from its mouth leave its opponents hypnotized. Then, this extremely intelligent Pokémon attacks.

Still want to? Flickering Flame was an item I used on an old game I used to play. Gave nice bonuses to any character that used it but benefits Fire based builds the most.

The Resist Fire Aura pretty much makes you impervious to Fire Damage. Your Maximum Fire Resistance goes up by 5 thanks to the Vex Rune but the Aura also raises it by the level it rolls on creation(so a level 8 roll means +8 for a fat +13 boost to the item holder). On top of that, your Fire Resistance gets a fat boost(level 4 yields +84 to as high as +106 with level 8). The perk of the Aura is that it applies not just to you but all Allies as well(both on the Resistance and +max Resistance). For Necromancers and Druids who can summon minions, it's really effective because their minions can become Fire Immune and the debuff on Enemy Fire Resistance benefits Necromancers(Corpse Explosion + Fire summons), Fire Maidens(Exploding Arrow Amazon), Fire Trappers(Assassin), Fire Druids, Fire Sorceress and Holy Fire Paladins.

I haven't played since they dropped the Warlock expansion and probably never will because of it sadly.
