"Waiting on (username)" followed by "You Conceded"

Hi! I know I'm not the only one who's mentioned this, but I keep running into this problem. I'll go to play Ranked or Standard, get put into a room with another player, and the screen will say "Waiting on (username)" for about 30 seconds before throwing the "DEFEATED: You Conceded" graphic at me. There is no movement, no coin flip, nothing. The only option is to wait it out or to concede and lose ranking.

I understand there are server issues sometimes, but it keeps happening. If we could even get a button in the active game menu to report "Server/Player Unresponsive" instead of taking rank from us, they would be a good start. It would also give IT and Development timestamps to investigate what happened.

There are rumors that some players know how to force the lag and concession on their opponent, but I'm not sure if that's just irritated players speculating. But given how often it's happened to me, I see where they're coming from.
