You don't have to move at all to hit Meowlin. Thanks to Unstoppable, you're immune to Trapped(had to look it up) so feel free to go wild and attack whomever. Dugtrio and Hamilton is a short distance away but would require moving first. Bob is outside of normal attack movement.

Ok.. Hamilton is at 6:29, you're at 8:29. Meowlin is between you(7:29) and Dugtrio is(for now) at 7:28. How would you like to move there?

How close do I have to be to attack?

Melee is a distance of 1 so basically right next to them(1:19, 2:18 or 1:17), Very Close(3 squares so 1:21, 2:20, 3:19, 4:18, 3:17, 2:16, 1:15(and anything inside of that radius that isn't 1:18 because he occupies that spot). You don't possess an Offensive attack with range greater than that.
Given you're at 6:29 or a distance of 16(x difference is 5, y difference is 11), it'd take you a sprint or two just to get into his range because Bob will most certainly move accordingly while also firing at you with the Bow because it has a range of 30(Very Far Range is nuts).
So given this information, what is your intention?
