Hmmm, do you have a Sonic fast food place near you? They sell them.
Public schools & colleges used to serve them in the cafeteria.
You can grab a frozen bag of them at most supermarket/grocery stores.
Basically they are like hashed browns but smooshed together in bite sized cylinder shaped things.
