Got to thinking... A trip into a land of Miltank would be rather satisfying for those who suffered at the hands of Whitney.

I'm ready for level 2, Catsuki is too and I think Speck is as well(don't recall them doing downtime moves but that's minor). It's those that weren't able to make it for that Session or Nom, Mildred and Cipher that haven't made level-up picks. Downtime for those three is simple though( Prepare x2 or swap one for a project(what I have no idea). For Speck, I don't know so maybe the same for them.

You also need to do loot for them. Here's my recommendation:

Cipher: Infinite Loot Bag ← bag with tons of space for loot. Perfect for a Scoundrel or Rogue

Mildred: Arcane Prism. Bards are the Support Class and this item is perf for that on the Battlefield.

Nom: Gecko Gloves ← gives this little monster even more flexibility to get places. Gives Speck a run for their money.
