He was at 6:26, you're at 6:29 so well within range. If he succeeds in trying to tie you up, you'll have to break free via a Strength check(2D12 + Strength) before the rope that he intends to light burns you. Difficulty for that will be 10.

You succeed in sneaking up on Hamilton but he notices that you are tying him up and starts resisting before you can get a tight hold. As a result, @PikaCarter2025 has advantage on breaking free. Roll 2D12 + Strength and add a D6 due to advantage.
