Unable to login via facebook

I am returning player to Pokemon unite after two years tried to login via facebook to my account a notification pop up say that "You cannot log in or link via this method Please use a different method and try again."

Could anybody please help me

    If you are playing on an Android phone or tablet, there's a few different things that you can do to resolve the issue:

    1. Update your Facebook App in the App Store or on Google Play.
    2. Log out of Facebook then log back in
    3. Clear the Cache for your Pokémon Unite App (Settings → Apps → Pokémon Unite → Storage → Clear Cache)
    4. Reinstall Pokémon Unite (This forces the game to rebuild its login integration)
    5. Try playing on a different device (if you are able)
    6. Check to see if the "Facebook Login" button has disappeared (A rare issue but it has happened before)

    It is also possible that the Facebook Login is currently broken, the game has a restricted login for older accounts (you mentioned that you haven't played for about two years) or your facebook token is no longer valid and Unite cannot refresh it.

    But it's okay! If you ever linked your account to Nintendo, Pokémon Trainer Club, or Google/Apple, then your account can still be recovered! Have you ever linked your account to these?

Since you’re seeing an error when trying to log in, the best next step is to contact Pokémon Support directly for further review. Please submit a ticket at https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us, select the game title and then contact us. If you’ve already contacted support, you may want to follow up on your existing ticket or submit a new one to help them investigate further.

    Hello Pokémon UNITE Support,

    I cannot access my old Pokémon UNITE account because it was linked to Facebook, and the Facebook login option is no longer available.

    Unfortunately, I do not remember my Player ID or the exact account creation date. However, I can provide other information to verify that I am the owner of the account.

    I played Pokémon UNITE on Android and my account was connected to my Facebook account. I can provide my in-game nickname, Facebook account details, device information, old screenshots, and purchase receipts if required.

    Please help me recover access to my old Pokémon UNITE account and let me know what information you need for verification.
