Alola
I want Unova, Alola, and Galar
Especially Galar (MEDIEVAL EUROPE!!!)
However…
I genuinely think Alola would be the most fun and exciting
And the lore is deep so if it is set in the past I think we could see some things that would blow our minds
ZA Spoiler but when L referenced Z Moves and Megas as similar it made me think maybe there's a connection and now I wanna see

They've done Gen 4 and Gen 6 with respect to regions. Gen 5 is the one region(outside of Johto) that has gone the longest without anything new and the regional starters would have to be Litten(Gen 7 Fire), Popplio(Gen 7 Water) and Snivy(Gen 5 Grass). Totodile and Chikorita got Mega's in Z-A while Cyndaquil got a regular in LA, Oshawott got a regional in LA while Tepig got a Mega in Z-A, and Rowlet is the lone Gen 7 starter with a regional in LA. That leaves those three I've mentioned because Gens 1, 3 and 6 have all received Mega's while Gen 8 and 9 are still new enough to ignore.
Plus they're doing Gen 3 with Ruby/Sapphire so the lone candidates are Johto and Unova. Of those, Unova probably makes the most sense since I don't think anyone wants a remake of Black/White given how good Gen 5 is.

Alola
Me personally, I want the starters for any game to be:
Chimchar (INFERNAAAAAAAAPE!!!)
Sobble (Inteleon is cool. Not as cool as Cinderace but my Fire place is taken)
Treeko (Sceptile is a Pokémon I actually really like but, to me, is outshined by Blaziken)
A possible other route I would like is
Popleo or Quaxly
Fennekin or Torchic
Sprigatito

Starters from the previous Legends games came from Gen 7(Rowlet), Gen 5(Oshawott) and Gen 2(Cyndaquil) in Legends Arceus. They used the other two Gen 2 starters along with a Gen 5 in Z-A so that leaves the lone Gen 5 and last two Gen 7 for the next Legends game. Where it'll be is up for debate but the starters are basically predetermined.

False Hope is for the weak minded. Now since we know the starters, what will the regional forms take up? For me personally, I'd love to see a Grass/Poison Serperior(Poisonous snake after all), a Fire/Normal Incineroar(Fire/Dark is what it has) and a Water/Ghost Primarina(from Water/Fairy)
