Decidueye's survivability dropped since patch

I've noticed that ever since the patch where Decidueye's spirit shackle's bug was fixed that its survivability has gone down significantly. Without having made any changes to skills or equipment, I've noticed that even if you're ahead of someone in a fight that you can't take any actual hits any more. Previously you could at least take a couple and pull back to allow for either a proper retreat/use your life steal on mobs in the jungle to heal up or if you were using razor leaf you could semi-rely on it + the life steal to help keep you in the fight longer. Now I find that you get one to two shot pretty readily even by others that are a couple levels behind you.

Understanding that as a backline dps you shouldn't be a complete tank but being unable to take any kind of damage at all is ludicrous. The sudden change after the patch either strikes me as a bug that developed after the fix for spirit shackle or a nerf that was not disclosed in the patch notes.

No one to date has found any nerfs in the bug fix patch.

Though none are listed it strikes me as an issue that you can suddenly be 1-2 shot when previously you could reliably stay in the fight.

None are indeed listed since there really wasn't much mentioned in the patch notes other than spirit shackle being fixed. That said, it does seem like something has changed significantly after the patch dropped.

Prior to it, you could reliably stay in the fight for at least some length of time but after the patch I'm finding that it gets 1-2 shot fairly reliably. Suddenly being that fragile doesn't strike me as normal behavior.
