Fine, I looked it up.

According to one of my fav recipe books they are called "kart-wheels".

You can use whatever jam or pie filling that you like for the filling.

hmmmm well I sure do love cookies with macadamia nuts… but I think homemade chocolate chip is just too hard to beat. So much yumminess with a gigantic skosh (not a skosh I guess) of nostalgia. And if you dip that in milk… MMM!! (Speaking of dipping in milk, when we were little my sis and I would dip our peanut butter sandwiches in milk 🤦‍♂️ we liked it lol. Don’t worry, now I’m just as disgusted as you, the reader! Definitely don’t do that anymore! Definitely… quietly dips sandwich… we also did it in… juice 🤢! Impressed, aren’t you? 😏🙃)
