Free Build and Battle token everyday?

According to the Build & Battle schedule, we should receive one free Build & Battle token every day. However, I don't seem to get one consistently when the daily quests reset. Sometimes the free play is there, but other times it isn't.

It feels like I'm only getting a free Build & Battle play every other day. Is this how it's supposed to work, or am I misunderstanding how the daily free plays are granted?

Has anyone else experienced this?

    I know PTCGL want player to be amaze and encourage everyone to get everyday free ticket…

    For alternative way to deliver, I was thinking you guy could deliver a system that just automatically push daily / weekly coupon to Client….(So it automatic send token than set it free)?
