The explosion challenge

I am tired of having to explode so much, so I have taken on the challenge of not exploding, no matter what you put here. There are a few rules to stop me getting out of exploding.
1. No imploding
2. If I laugh lots IRL, I have to explode

when I first read this, I thought we were actually lighting you on fire.

Watches you with a cruel smirk of amusement, knowing a loss is coming soon for you to not explode would require a complete change in reality and we don't have the tech for that yet so you absolutely must explode or else you'll be a paradox and forced to die for the safety of our world
