My villain team would be Team Astro from the Paldea region in 2126.
The goal of the organization is to harness physical control of Pokemon in terastallization and psychological control of Pokemon with manipulation tactics using Psychic types to help do so.
So, in the 22'nd century, crime is running rampant, and one day, the soon2b founder of Team Astro has a proposition: "What if, instead of failing to enlighten people and Poekmon's hearts, we control and erase it altogether?" He founds Team Astro to destroy the free will of life and to keep in "stable" control for eternity, similar to Team Flare.
Team Astro's motives are to harness all possible powers of pokemon and to turn it against them, effectively transforming pokemon into autonomous battle-ready machines and then using biocomputing technology to download their fading consciousness into Paradox pokemon, creating unstoppable battle machines, with the goal that one Iron Bundle can freeze-dry an entire city in seconds, and one Iron Hands can turn the entire city of Mesagoza into a fine powder.
Our requirements to execute this plan are in the following steps:
- Partner with Team Rocket to capture thousands of Pokemon.
- Transport the said pokemon to labs where the Terastal-stimulation experiments begin.
- Use certain Psychic-types such as Malamar and Beheyeem to manipulate these pokemon into following our every command, overriding their natural instincts and turning them into psychologically unconscious machines.
- Download the subjects' consciousnesses into hard drives and install them into the Paradox pokemon.
- Perform the terastal-stimulation process again.
- Gather 100 Electivire to set up Electric terrain, and have them all fire Charge Beams into Professor Turo's time machine, turning it back on and transporting hundreds of Paradoxes into our timeline.
- Command the Electivires to paralyze the Paradox pokemon and order them to a standstill, while the new consciousnesses are downloaded into our new subjects.
- Terastallize all the Paradox machines and use Pokemon such as Charged Corviknights and Roaring Moons to deploy the battlebots on all 8 towns in Paldea, crushing them to ashes.
- Overthrow the government and use our Department of Psychological Wellness to establish an everlasting rule under my command over Paldea, and soon, the world.
- Repeat this process, and use more advanced biotechnology to clone military forces to conquer neighboring regions like Unova and Kitakami.
- And, by the end, the entirety of free will itself will be erased from the world, and the harm of wrongful souls will be purged from the world for good.
So basically, my team's primary motive is that “One that cannot disobey cannot suffer from being ordered.”
But disguised as "Towards a Fearless Future"
Our type is obviously Psychic, and the logo is the terastallization symbol with Turo's time machine in the background with two hands shaking in the centerpiece.
