Team Spark (took me a while to think of that for some reason)
Leader: (me) Eral (my name as the leader of team spark and definitely not a real name)
Motives: (can’t think of any)
Personal motives (still can’t think of any)
deeds: sucking electricity out of buildings using electric types
origin story: Eral (as a boy) stumbles upon a power plant and gets pushed into a pit (by a mysterious person who we don’t know) of special Batteries along with his Pokemon, and wakes up years later to find that his Pokemon can suck electricity out of almost anything and Gain power staggeringly by doing so. And he then forms a team spark and makes an machine that can turn electric types into what his Pokemon got turned (let’s just call that superchargable).
Plan: make electric Pokemon superchargeable. (I’ll just take a moment to explain superchargeableness, if you make an electric type superchargeable, it can suck in electricity from around them and gain stats staggeringly while doing so, they release all the electricity they’ve sucked in when they use an electric types attack and lose the stats along with the electricity but can always be regained!)

Doesn't explicitly say Pokemon now does it? I mean it's implied but I'm having fun here at OP expense 🤷🙅 Also the sequel movie comes out next year that is basically 40 years in the making. Should start seeing previews or Trailers in theaters sometime soon so yeah.
