Why did my rank reset after logging into the mobile app and stayed that way on desktop?

I played the game for the first time in years today, ranked up to Poké League, couldn't redeem my rewards. So I tried the android app. There I could seemingly redeem my reward, and got other rewards, that didn't show up on desktop, but my rank was reset to zero and the rewarded cards don't show up in my collection.
Now my rank on the desktop app has reset too.
I was allowed to keep my battle pass and profile rank at least ...

Are bugs like these normal?
Should you only play on one device?
Can I get my rank back?
