DON'T DO THAT!!!
I have some regrets in life that I'd like not to have…
But at the same time I've come to believe things happen for a reason…
I like where I am today and I don't want to ruin it
I might not say everything
Just hug him
And also tell him that when I start liking males don't stress too hard
Even if someone tells you you don't you do
No need to go through a year of questioning yourself

Sometimes I wish I could....
But similar to @Hades0918 , what I've been through, what I've seen and done has shaped who I am today.
🤔 I would be too afraid of a Butterfly Effect or an unraveling of this reality forcing me/us into another reality that travel to the past should be strictly prohibited. Remember, we are all interconnected in some form or other, our threads are woven together to create this tapestry of life.....
Plus, my fav people may not even exist if my past was any different. 😬

I would just say to remember these things:
- Everything is temporary and depression only lasts as long as you let it
- Keep a peaceful internal monologue
- Don't catastrophize or gossip, because it only harms you in the long run
- Be very careful on the internet
- You're only as alone as you let yourself be

I’d probably tell him that ADULTS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT! I thought it was fine for so long… that my dad slapped my face and gave me a big old bruise because I wouldn’t put my hand in a glove filled with ants… ahhh memories lol (I’m fine yall! I’ve got my sister and therapy!). Yeah we were working in the backyard for his garden… and I dropped the glove because I noticed a bunch of ants on it, and my dad wanted me to put it back on for some reason…? But yeah I seriously would tell my younger self that it isn’t me, and that it’s gonna be ok. :’)

That's a question we've probably all thought about... tbh I've changed my mind about it. As of today I would say "it is what it is, keep it going".
Because everything I've done made me who I am today... I wouldn't change a thing at all.

yes yes it’s actually mostly emotional/mental abuse…. I’m sure! It’s getting better… but there’s still trauma. My sister (my favorite sibling lol) went through the same thing, and we still talk about it to help us feel better. While dad tries to do better he just sometimes… gets angry for no reason, yells (doesn’t drink btw), and once he called me demonic? I get nightmares sometimes.… I’m doing ok-ish. Thanks for the concern! (lol one time I was eating a bagel and he started yelling at me about eating a BAGEL for breakfast. YOU BOUGHT THEM BROTHER. 😂 and then he said… ‘if you put JUICE into a car that needs gas, it wouldn’t run. Wanna know why? Because A CAR DOESNT RUN ON GASOLINE!’ My sister an I still laugh at it after years. I hated bagels for like a year afterwards.) Seriously just righting this paragraph helps, so I’d say if it’s getting better, im doing ok (considering the situation) so yeah!

I’m not saying what my dad is doing is ok, btw! It’s horrible, but I’m doing better.
