What's your favorite deck that YOU have built

It’s a stall deck. You mill your opponent.

it is. I sat there for fourth minutes, but I won with it!

You stop yourself from milling with Pidgeot V, and you stop your opponent from taking prizes with Penny.

Yes, but you can also let them take prizes so you can use counter catcher. Because in an ideal game with this deck, you don't take a single prize.

All of my physical decks are expanded format (curse you, tight budget!!!), but here's my favorite:
Pokémon:
2 Applin (Rebel Clash 020)
3 Applin (SCR 012)
1 Dipplin (TWM 127)
1 Dipplin (SCR 013)
1 Hydrapple ex (SCR 156)
1 Appletun (SSP 140)
1 Flapple (Evolving Skies 120)
1 Flapple (SSP 139)
2 Teal Mask Ogerpon tera ex (SVP promo 166)
1 Teal Mask Ogerpon (TWM 024)
2 Chansey (TWM 133)
1 Bliss ex (TWM 134)
Trainers:
4 Energy Switch (two are Sword and Shield 162 & two are Sun and Moon 117)
3 Switch (Sword and Shield 183
2 Pal Pad (Sword and Shield 172)
2 Fire-Resistant Gloves (Chilling Reign 138)
1 Struggle Gloves (Darkness Ablaze 171)
1 Counter Gain (Lost Thunder 170)
2 Turffield Stadium (Champion's Path 068)
1 Area Zero Underdepths (SCR 131)
1 Milo (Champion's Path 057)
3 Skyla (Rebel Clash 166)
1 Avery (Chilling Reign 130)
3 Sonia (Rebel Clash 167)
2 Peonia (Chilling Reign 149)
2 Klara (Chilling Reign 145)
Energy:
5 Fire
10 Grass
I haven't built any notable decks in TCG Live yet, and most of these are five to seven years old, but it works pretty well.
The main idea is to use Hydrapple ex and Teal Mask Ogerpon ex to attach loads of Grass energy, and then shift it around with Blissey ex's ability and the Energy Switches. Sonia can pull out either 2 Energy or 2 Basic Pokémon, Peonia lets me swap 3 of my hand with the Prize Cards (so nothing is hidden from me), Klara recovers up to 2 Pokémon AND 2 Basic Energy from the discard pile (a staple for any Expanded format deck), and Skyla pulls out 1 Trainer card. Meanwhile, Turffield Stadium helps me get Hydrapple ex in play by letting me search for an Evolution Grass Pokémon every turn, and Fire decks are more easily handled thanks to the Fire Resistant Gloves (+30 damage to Fire types) and Struggle Gloves (same to Active Pokémon your Active is weak against).
I recently found out that the Mega Venasaur deck is way better at the whole "Teal Dance and then shift" thing, so this deck's a little outdated, but it works.
