The ‘Fix EV Training’ guy. They would sell mints, proteins, and bottlecaps throughout the game so you can catch a shiny with bad IVs and not have to worry.

Phase 1: Jirachi, Enhanced Mudkip (Custom gimmick I will concept below), Dynamax Blaziken, Mega Sceptile, Electric Tera Hydrapple, Kyogre/Groudon (Uses an exclusive Z-move which I will concept below)

Phase 2: Mega Metagross

Phase 3: Rayquaza

Phase 4: Mega Hoopa (Concept will be below)

Gender: Male

Appearence: Tall, muscular, tan, wears a red robe, Z-ring, Max Band, Keystone on a stopwatch

Personality: Kind, Knowledgable, Extremely battle able, Helpful

This only works on unevolved Pokemon, enhancing their power to the max and allowing them to use special moves.

Exclusive Z-moves:

Kyogrium Z: Name: Great Flood. Description: The Pokemon unleashes a massive wave, flooding the near area. Special move. Power: 300. The opposing Pokemon is paralyzed. Type: Water.

Groudonium Z: Name: Final Quake. Description: The Pokemon unleashes a massive earthquake, toppling mountains with unbelievable power. Special move. Power: 300. The opposing Pokemon is paralyzed and burned. Type: Ground.
