(I have about five diff neighbors like that, lol, so when is that no longer considered weird and just becomes annoying? 🤭)

I'm sorry, because I know they still grieve, but having a neighbor walk around with their dead mom's skull as a face mask would totally creep me out! 😬. (And that may not be legal 🤔)
