Zoroark vs Mimikyu

The thing is if I play Zoroark Foul Play and then knock out the defending pokemon with a Slash a move Injust copied , can Mimikyu copycat last attack on me the Slash to knock me out or does he copy Foul Play which has no damage. The Zoroark has not been switched during the oponnents turn. This Mimikyu copycat attack does nothing, no damage to Zoroark.
