"Because you've got no reason not to," I answer with a bigger smile. "Plus, I helped protect you. I could have ended you while you were weak if I wanted."

"But I carried him away from the toxic fire," I counter. "Besides, I said "helped." I didn't claim I was the only one."

"Understandable. Gotta be careful with a mole AND traitor on the loose…" I glance around with weary before looking back at you, my smile returning. "Anyways, good to see you're okay and I hope you visit the group house!"
