Weird Home Transfer Glitches

So I had a confined-form Hoopa in Pokemon GO which I managed to transfer into Violet about a month back (the one from the "Misunderstood Mischief" event). But when I went to edit its moveset in the game, I found that its signature moves were missing??? Like, I've got a Hoopa who can't relearn Hyperspace Hole or Hyperspace Fury. They're just... Gone. POOF! Like they never were.

Has anyone else run into similarly odd glitches from transferring Pokemon through Home? Just curious.

    Hoopa only learns Hyperspace Hole at Level 85 now instead of having it at Level 1.
