Did I lose on my redeemed packs?

I’m new to TCG live. I scanned several codes successfully (about 20 total). I began opening them in the app, but my app crashed and now when I open it, I don’t get the option to open those packs any more. Did I lose them?

  I recommend you open a ticket with the support team for this instance. To do so, please visit https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us".

  Even though there's an animation, the reality of the situation is that all of your packs are opened immediately after redemption. You have all of the cards, but you didn't get to see them be opened.
