Did I lose on my redeemed packs?

I’m new to TCG live. I scanned several codes successfully (about 20 total). I began opening them in the app, but my app crashed and now when I open it, I don’t get the option to open those packs any more. Did I lose them?

I recommend you open a ticket with the support team for this instance. To do so, please visit https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us".
